Quality Assurance in Five Steps

1. We conduct an initial check on a sample sent from the country of origin before shipping.
2. We then cross-check between the first and second samples taken before loading.
3. The third check is performed on a sample drawn at the port of arrival.
4. All of the blended roasted coffee is monitored.
5. Blind tests are conducted weekly on the Vescovi production.
